TOTAL WORD SEARCH
This package includes a search of U.S. Trademark Office records of all registered and pending word trademarks and service marks, plus state trademarks (all U.S. states and Puerto Rico), basic common law sources, over 12 million company name listings nationwide, internet domain names, a descriptiveness search (magazine and periodical texts), the corporation records in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, plus partnership names in 30 states. Use this package for the most complete results and whenever due diligence is required.

The report contains a summary table of contents listing the most relevant federal trademarks in descending order and giving the current status of each trademark. Following this, both a detailed computer summary and a copy of the actual registration certificate or drawing page for each trademark is reproduced.

For optimal search results, submit only one or two keywords. Longer phrases may be submitted, but in that event the search results will focus on word combinations rather than single instances of any word. When there are only one or two key words, the results include a search of spelling variations, phonetic equivalents and, when relevant, individual word syllables. In any case, our search results always include similar marks, not merely exact matches.

This search report is available by email (in .PDF format), in hardcopy, or both, at your option. Hardcopy shipment within the U.S. is available by priority mail at no cost. Hardcopy shipment via Federal Express is available within the U.S. or internationally for an extra charge.
