BUSINESS NAME SEARCH
This search combines a U.S. Company Name Search with a U.S. Corporation Name Search, which includes over 12 million company name listings, the corporation records in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, plus partnership names in 30 states. A comprehensive search for business names in the U.S.

This search is for text-based names only. For designs, graphics and logos, select the Federal Design Search. This search does not include either the federal or state trademark databases - it is strictly a search of business names (not trademarks).

For optimal search results, submit only one or two keywords. Longer phrases may be submitted, but in that event the search results will focus on word combinations rather than single instances of any word. When there are only one or two key words, the results include a search of spelling variations, phonetic equivalents and, when relevant, individual word syllables. In any case, our search results always include similar names, not merely exact matches.

This search report is available by email (in .PDF format), in hardcopy, or both, at your option. Hardcopy shipment within the U.S. is available by priority mail at no cost. Hardcopy shipment via Federal Express is available within the U.S. or internationally for an extra charge.
