MEXICO BASIC WORD SEARCH
The Mexico Basic Word Search is a text-based (word only) search which finds registered, pending and recently abandoned files of the official Mexico Trademark Office records. This search is for text-based trademarks only. The report contains an extract of the official records for each trademark in descending order of relevancy. Each extract includes an indication of the current status of the trademark and a full reproduction of the mark.
For optimal search results, submit only one or two keywords. Longer phrases may be submitted, but in that event the search results will focus on word combinations rather than single instances of any word. When there are only one or two key words, the
results include a search of spelling variations, phonetic equivalents and, when relevant, individual word syllables. In any case, our search results always include similar marks, not merely exact matches.
Reports will generally be in both English and Spanish, although some extracts from the records of the Mexico Trademark Office may be primarily in Spanish. We do not separately translate the non-English portions of any records into English. |
