Price excludes government filing fees. Above fees do not apply to non-US organizations and do not include provisions for pre-emptive rights, multiple classes of stock, or other provisions relating to shareholder rights. Further, our services do not include any issuance of stock or other securities. Expedited fees and other additional services are available upon request and will be charged separately.
